Solution Focused Hypnotherapy combines ‘talking therapy’, the use of psychotherapy with hypnosis. It helps you to take control, in a positive and rational way, of how you think about and respond to situations in your daily life, breaking unwanted habits of negative thoughts and behaviours that affect your ability to be happy, cope and live life to the full.
The number of sessions required will be dependent upon the nature of your condition and your own level of commitment and motivation to succeed. Hypnotherapy isn’t a magical process, but by working together, powerful change is possible!

How Many Sessions? Typically a minimum of six sessions are required. We’ll discuss the number of sessions you’ll likely to need at your initial consultation. I recommend initially signing up for a 6 session programme, which gives us a clear structure and focus to begin working with and at each appointment we’ll review your progress and I’ll be led by you as to how many sessions you feel you need.
Using Zoom for virtual hypnotherapy sessions couldn’t be easier. Once we’ve agreed a time for your session, you’ll just need a reliable internet connection and a quiet comfortable place to relax. Zoom is very similar to Skype, you’ll receive a link for your session, which you click and follow to join your session.
